SHCOOOL EVENTS OF STUFF!!!!!!!!

HEY GUY'S I'M BACK FOR EOTC WEEK WHICH HAPPENED IN TERM 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm actually going to be talking about some stuff that happened this year and the BDO!!! (big day out.)

On the EOTC weeks 1st day my class went to climb mount kaukau. To bad I was getting a X-Ray for a reason that I can not remember. (I was lucky to, it was pouring down with rain.)

For the 2nd day of EOTC was El Rancho camp, (but we didn't sleep there,) we did Rock climbing, Tubing and Archery. The Rock Climbing I was actually pretty good at, but after it was over, I realized a great way to get higher (jumping from rock to rock. On the Tubing it was pretty relaxing, all we did was sit on a tube and ride it to the end. But the Archery I was the BEST IN MY GROUP!!! (turns out all those days of playing games turned out to help me!) On My 1st shot I GOT A BULLSEYE!!!! Then another one and just off, then another BULLSEYE!!! And then one way off. And then we made a little game out of it, boy's vs girls in archery, boy's won against the girls by quite a lot (soz if you took offense.)

That's all I can remember about EOTC week but there is still BDO to talk about.

The BDO is actually really fun and we usually go to a beach to do it, or zoo, or Zealandia, but I think this year were going to the Jungle-rama because it was the best BDO! My favourite BDO was probably when we went to Jungle-rama and did a lot of stuff like bowling, but that's all I remember

SUP EVERYBODY I'M 8 YEARS OLD............ NOT!!!!!!! I'm actually going to be an 8 year old... I mean a year 8. (I'M 11 YEARS OLD GET IT RIGHT BRAIN!!!!!!.) Next year I am going to be a year 8 and I WILL FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!! I am feeling quite good about next year because it's one more year closer FROM SWEET SWEET FREEDOM!!!! I would like to achieve a Merit, Credit or Excellence badge because I didn't get any of them this year. I would also like to complete all my work so I can do whatever I want each week.(almost anything I want actually.) I am looking forward to year 8 camp because last year I would of gone to year 6 camp BUT SOMETHING SAD HAPPENED!!!! I also think that doing all my work next year will be a very hard challenge for me because I'm not that good at doing my work but if it involves a video game that does not involve maths or anything like that (an actual video game) I WOULD BE THE BEST AT THAT!!!!!!!

SUP EVERBODY I'M BACK WITH SOME BOOK STUFF!!!!!! I was actually not here for the book character day or the book quiz. BUT I was here fro Kate De Goldi, and the Golden Ticket Hunt!!!

The Golden Ticket Hunt is what i'm going to talk about first. The Golden Ticket Hunt was really fun and originated from Charlie And The Chocolate Factory. Mr Mcgurk (my teacher) would hide the tickets and give us clues to find it. My team was DJBrawler (DJ's Blog) and Calvin. (FireBreathing Blog.) We would come really close to getting it but would just be beaten by 1 question. Even though we would come so close to getting the ticket and still lose it was really fun!!! Lawrence did not think that searching for the ticket was waste of time because the prize was only a small crunchie that costs 10 cents, so we asked him a question what would you rather get, a flat screen TV for FREE!!!!! Or get it for 10 cents. Guess what he said "I would pay 10 cents for it because it's only 10 cents I can't do anything with it!" SERIOUSLY HE WOULD PAY FOR IT THAN RATHER GETTING IT FOR FREE 

For Kate De Goldi we went down to the school library and listen to her talk about all her books she made and some other stuff. It was actually really interesting and gave me some ideas of what to write when I'm doing a story for school.

So i'm just going try and remember any book my mum read to me............................................. (dots mean seconds.)  OH I GOT ONE I"M SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!!! I liked Classical Myths. It was a book about Greek mythology and is one of the reasons I know everything about Greek mythology!!! I was about This Many.(5.) I liked that most of the stuff in it was real mythology and not just some made up stuff.

IT'S DA BEST, AROUND! NO-ONES EVERY GONNA BEAT IT DOWN!

SUP EVERY I'M BACK! And today I am going to talk about DA BEST GAME IN THE UNIVERSE! DC UNIVERSE ONLINE! I haven't played any game that's better than that. The only thing that's annoying about it, is that in the trailer basically everyone DIES! But anyway back to the game!

DC UNIVERSE ONLINE or DCUO is a game based on Hero's and Villains trying to kill each other until a guy called BRANIAC comes and try's to kill everyone and take over the world. Luckily Lex Luther from the future comes back to the Hero's (Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman) and tells them that Braniac took over the world and killed everyone. While Lex Luther was talking he in-planted Exo-Bytes containing super Hero and Villain DNA into Earths atmosphere. You also get to create your own Hero or Villain and choose your own type of movement, personality and mentor. (Hero mentor: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman. For Villains: The Joker, Lex Luther, Circe.) Batman and Joker are the best mentor's. You also get to choose your own power! The best power that is free is FIRE!!! The other powers for free are Ice, Nature, Mental, Nature, Gadgets and Sorcery. The movement things are Flight Acrobatics, Super Speed and Saucer I think it's called? The personality's Powerful, Serious, Flirty, Comical and Primal. But the best ones you have to buy. DCUO has a lot of missions and + its free roam, so you can do whatever you want to do with your friends. You can even defeat the Joker, Lex Luther, Circe, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and BRANIAC. My characters name  is GreekosSparkos. So if you see him, that's me.

It in fact has nothing to do with anything that I will be talking about (random huh?) FOLLOW ME!!!!! (that has everything to do with everything on my blog.)Anyway guys I am actually here to talk about what future job I would want. There is only ONE job I would like to have. (you guys probably know.)

First things firsts, what job do I want to have I. I would like to be some day a professional football player because I am only good at one thing. Being a goalkeeper or center forward for Bourrossia Dortmand (i think that's how you spell it (sorry if I offended any Germans by not knowing how to spell it (i'm sorry) and for international GREECE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (yeah.) Anyway I guess I like football because it's really fun and stuff. When I get to collage I would do P.E so I could get better at sprints and stuff like that.

If i was one of those guy's I would probably train every day after school to get better and better, but i'm not so don't judge me.

Hey guys what's up I am back for the 14th time I think for another blog. This blog is going to be REALLY LONG so don't fall a sleep you might miss something you will regret. So this time its all about the holidays (YEAH BEST TIMES EVER) so before this blog starts, comment down below what was your favorite thing you did in the holidays oky doky den lets get STARTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          The first thing about my holidays I wanted to talk to you guys about is the Wellington Olympic AFC holiday programme  for football / soccer. Now don't get me wrong, this holiday program has been the best every holiday..... This time, the Kaizen academy took over the Olympic holiday programme. The guy who made it is Stu Jacobs who is a former Olympic player until he bailed out on the club.  He's coached at a number of clubs including assisting with the All Whites, then he created his Kaizen academy. He said that he could do a way better holiday program than Olympic's people could, like Dave Graham probably the best coach I have ever met and the best trainer. Atleast with him it was really fun and we played a lot of different games with the ball, and we did soccer skills that he would show us and make us do so we could learn to be better on the field.  But Stu / Kaizen academy did it and it ended up being the WORST HOLIDAY PROGRAM EVER!!!!!!!! ALL WE DID WAS PLAY SOCCER GAMES, NOTHING ELSE. JUST SOCCER, SOCCER, SOCCER .  IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO BORING!!!!!!!!!!!



Then It was off to my friend Lawrence's house and it was time for some actual fun. (yeah.) His brother Joseph was there and had his friend over named Danial, (or Dan,) luckily I brought one controller and Dan brought one controller. (yes.) (by the way right now I am watching Lawrence fail at a game so badly that it's funny!) Now we had to play 4 player me and Lawrence v Joe and Dan in halo. We ended up losing but it was still fun. Then they all went rage because of me because we ended up playing infection. Three words I DESTROYED EVERYONE. They could not beat me. I was the best there at infection, they all got so mad they decided we were not going to play it anymore except Lawrence I think he still wanted to play I think. Then we ended up playing a game called griffball which is kind of like american football. they ended up winning the first game, but then we mixed up the team it was me and Dan vs Lawrence and Joe. Me and Dan ended up winning. by that time it was night and we started to eat pizza and watch the movie AVENGERS AGE OF ULTRON. It was a really good movie and we all enjoyed it, but let me tell you this Ultron is the nicest bad guy I have ever seen. (nice as in polite) Anyway once it was over we went to bed and ended up talking for a long time. I asked Lawrence if he could wake me up at the same time he woke up (6:00) so we could play the X box for a long time because my mum was "supposed"  pick me up at 9:00 so we could leave. But as usual my mum was late and didn't come till around 12 I think. Once she got there she let Lawrence come to because we were all going to go out together and have some fun! (YAY) We picked up Lawrence's mum up from work, went back to his house got Lawrence's swimming gear, left, went to my house, got my swimming gear and left again. Then we went to Pouriroa and got some Macas. (McDonald's.) Then Off To The Swimming Pool! Pouriroa has the best water park in Wellington and has this huge water slide that we went down lots of different way's like sitting head-first, back head-first, head-first, feet-first, kneeling, changing what way we look each turn we passed, and lots of other cool ways. (OMD I just thought of a really good one, running then jump in head-first.) After we were done it was time to go home, but I did have a fun time.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Now it's time for the next thing when me and my Godfather went out together to the movies, and stuff. Anyway I had to wake up early, like wake up for school early 8:00 am because I had to be ready for a long day. I couldn't go there until it was after 9:00 am because otherwise he wasn't there. My dad dropped me off at around  9:30 I think it was. After my dad left we got in the car and drove to Lower Hutt. I asked what we were going to do and he said if the weather was nicer we would of gone on a yacht. Once we got to the mall we got out of the car and went to the food court to eat and we ended up eating Macas. I tell you, the triple cheeseburger there - DISGUSTING!!! After that revolting meal we went to this place called Nature Discoveries. Good store, I recommend it. I got these cool spy glasses with side mirrors, now when someone says that I don't have eyes in the back of my head, I can say. "Well, actually, I do. You got a problem with that?" Then we went to the movies to see either PIXELS (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!) or Maze Runner Scorch Trials. So I picked Pixels - hard decision though. Anyway, that movie was GREAT you would not believe how good it is BUT I will not spoil it for you. But 3 words - DEFENDER, PAC-MAN, DONKEY-KONG (or is that 5?). After that we went to get some more food. I didn't eat anything because I was still full from the popcorn and coke I drunk and ate. We had a great time, unfortunately we had to go back to his house. Once we got back, he let me feed the Kitty's. (cats = Kitty's dogs = Puppy's for me.) After that we watched YouTube on the TV by installing this new thing that connects his Samsung to the TV. I showed him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUQ3nVoN-ko we both laughed heaps, and after that he taught me how to make Greek salad for dinner. Then we got my Godmother from her work place the we got KFC to eat with the salad. Once we started eating my Godmother said that I could make better salad than him. Then at about 8:00 pm it was time to go home they dropped me off at my house, came in, had a cup of tea and left. It was a really fun day though can't complain.


Well That was Basically my whole holiday's I think? I cant really remember I did lot of things OK!

So yeah that is my favourite poem I have done this term. I like this poem because it is apart of Greek history and because 9,000 Persians was not enough to defeat 300 Spartans. (it took 10,000 actually.)

SUP EVERYBODY IT"S ART TIME ONCE AGAIN. Today about art I am going to say who is my favourite artist and why. I actually know any artists apart from my friends dad and his art is AMAZING SERIOUSLY look at this art below. See I told you he is good. His name is Christopher David White (Father of Lawrence Blog) he is currently 51 years old, his nationality is English, (England,) he has done over ten portraits and 4 landscapes he was born in 1964 in England. I like his artwork because it relates to things that a lot of dad's would probably do.

FOOTBALL TIME (SOCCER TIME)

 

 SUP GUYS! Today I am going to talk about the Regional Sports Fest. It was this thing that all the school's  children had to chose a sport to do. (year 4-8.) Since I play football and I am a very good goalie, I chose it. On the day of the Sports Fest I did not go with the team I went with my mum because it was being held at Wakefield park which is were the Wellington Olympic club rooms are. (the club I play for.) I ended up getting there before my team did, so me and my mum set up the club room's, after a couple of minuets the team showed upon the field so I went and joined them, my team was a mixture of girls and boy's (year 7-8) most were boy's, we had a bit of a warm up game to get ready.

 After the warm up we went to sit down with the other team's for an introduction. Then we got to play the game. We (ST. Benedict's Busters) were versing Miramar Christian, it was a good game but we ended up losing 1-2 but then we got to the second game ST. Bens Busters VS Newlands INT which we won and was an even better game the score was 2-0, the third game was ST. Bens Busters VS SFDS Liverpool which we also won 3-2, the next game was ST. Bens Busters VS Marsden which again we won (X4 winning streak WOO) the score was 4-0 easy win I know, next game was ST. Bens Busters VS CTMS which was, you guessed it a draw (ha tricked you there didn't I) 0-0, then we got to the last game of the round ST. Bens Busters VS ST. Francis (forgot the team name) that game we ended up losing 0-2. Then we had to wait an hour before we got to know who is going to the semi finals and we were one of the lucky one's and got in. We ended up VS the best team in the Sportsfest, it was ST. Bens Busters VS Raumati School... The results weren't pretty the score was 0-4. We ended up VS CTMS after that game and this time we won 2-0. After that game we all went back to school except for me because I got into the top 10 in the NIWA Regional Science Fair. The next day I had a half day off because of the Science Fair, when I got to school I realized we came 3rd place in the tournament and I found it funny because all of us left before the 1st 2nd and 3rd Prize giving which meant we didn't get our prizes HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHA   :,(.

NZ Flag Design.

NZ FLAG CHANGE?

(Just before I start i wanted to say sorry for not posting this last week I got caught up in to much homework.) Apparently New Zealand is thinking of changing their flag for some reason, not sure why though their flag now is just fine. Anyway the four best flags I think are probably out of the 40 there are: Flag 1. Named The Black Jack. 

Flag 2. Named White and Black Fern

Flag 3: Named Silver Fern Black, White and Red (strange, i don't see any silver)

Flag 4: Named Tukutuku

So yeah those are pretty much the best flags but there is only one that I think is the best and that flag actually makes NZ look like a country for pirates and you could probably guess that one. (hint: The name is from a card game.) You guessed it the Black Jack.

The reason I chose this flag is because it look's really cool, except for the fact that it look's like a pirate flag, anyway I like how it look's like our old flag just differently colored, and better, and plus I like the little twirls at the end of the cross makes it look like a Greek column. (are we apart of Greece now?)

All because he is such a BEAST (and the best assassin ever to live) I mean seriously who wouldn't invite him, he could teach you how to be a master assassin and hide in plain sight without being seen, that's some pretty beast stuff right there. my other non fictional person  would be Manuel Neuer the best goalkeeper in the world. (did I mention I am a goalkeeper for wellington Olympic Zeus.) He could probably teach me the way's of being the best goalkeeper in the world so one day i might be good enough to get into the big leagues like the Bundesliga 1 so I can play for Borussia Dortman, and maybe play for Greece in the International league! (did I mention I am a Greek.) If I could ask Neur any question it would be. "How did you get so good." Don't judge that question! Hello Everybody

Hello everyone.

About 7 years ago in 2008 my favorite grandparent died. He was my favorite because he used to play with me, and he wouldn't really get mad at anyone, he was a really nice guy and he was also the only reason I ever enjoyed going to my grandparents house. The games we played were usually giraffee, to bad i cant remember how to play it. In all the years I knew him for, I can't remember one single time he got mad at me, even when he lost he would laugh! And then he started to die... we were all so sad, and because of that we decided to stay the night until he died... The sad thing about that is that I cant remember anything else about him.

Cause my brother didn't want to (meany) at least I got this new movie called El Dorado and new shoes i also got to watch this thriller movie i think it was called Shutter Island or something like I also went out to my friend Lawrence and we played Halo Reach and Halo 4 we also got to watch a movie of our choice I found The movie called Guardians Of The Galaxy I had already seen it but i asked Lawrence and his brother if they wanted to see it and they did so we rented it out (did i mention we were at a video rent store) and watched it there mum was reading a magazine I think. We were about 5 min into the movie and they thought it was strange but then they got to the 6 min mark and they thought it was funny after the movie was finished we had to go to bed me and Lawrence slept in his brothers room cause it was bigger it took me about 5 min to sleep and took Lawrence like around 1 min the next day came and Lawrence woke me up (thank god would of slept to 12 if he hadn't) his older brother was already on the X Box 360 so we had to play with him until we went outside and started to play with light-saber's in a epic battle to DEATH!!! We played about 10 games and then we walked to the Ngaio dairy and bought stuff. I got a 1 liter bottle of coke and a little box of (guess what it is) eat, drink, chew... Extra, once we did that we went of to Ngaio school to play a game of basketball it was me and Lawrence VS his brother. I think his brother won, (what he's 14 and actually plays basketball can you blame us,) after that we had to go back cause Lawrence's brother had basketball training it took an hour to finish but once it finished it was home time for me . As soon as I got home It was bed time. (3 hours later of course.) That was pretty much all the things that are important that I did in the holidays.

NAIRNVILLE SPORT STUFF

hello everybody once again I am here to tell you about things my class/or school does and this time I'm going to tell you about our sports day where every Thursday we go to Nairnville in Wellington NZ. The sports we have done at  Nairnville this year is ripper rugby, soccer and gymnastics. I think that most stuff we do at Nairnville is fun, actually all of it is fun. The only thing I find that is wrong that they teach you that in every sport that involves passing to your teammates you should always do short and fast passes and not to kick it high and long, when actually in football (soccer) the type of passes you want to do is lob it over to the other side of the field. I think I have enjoyed doing the football most because I actually scored a lot of goals in the practice games which I can't usually do in a real game because I'm the goalkeeper for Wellington Olympic 12th grade Division 2 ( the lower the division number the better you are). I do not think I have learnt any new skills in ripper rugby or football, but I have learnt how to dig and set in volleyball though. I think I have been pushing myself to improve and be involved in the activities we have been doing. I think that I could learn more skills if I actually pay attention instead of looking behind the teachers staring at something random. I think that Nairnville is very good and does not need to improve on anything, except for their FACTS!!!

HALLO, TAG, GUTEN TAG, HALLOCHEN

Today I will tell what my class is learning in German (Deutsch.) We have been learning German for the past 8 weeks and we have actually learnt quite a lot. We have learnt numbers up to 20, positive words, negative words, greetings, farewells, days of the week, titles and countries. There are a few ways of saying hello.  Germans use the words "Hallo" and "Hallochen".  "Guten Tag" means hello or good day, and "Tag" means hi.  I do not think I will continue with learning German in College.  I would rather learn Greek, Spanish or Russian.  But German might help me if one day  I join a German football club, I might  have to know German to understand the coach.
